HORNSBY David Charles Linda and family of the late David wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives and friends for their kind expressions of sympathy, cards, flowers, donations and the support given following their recent sad bereavement. Special thanks to all the nurses for the care and respect given to David, to Lesley Blessington for her lovely tribute and to Gateway Funeral Services for carrying out David's Wishes. David will always be missed, but will stay in our hearts forever.
