Break-in at Whitley Bridge home

POLICE are warning residents to be on high alert following a burglary at a home in Whitley Bridge.

Offenders smashed their way through downstairs window at the property in Whitefield Lane on December 31.

Once inside they ransacked a drawer in a bedroom, but police are uncertain exactly what was taken.
