Carlton scooter theft - can you help?

The scooter stolen from a garage on Tower View, Carlton.

SELBY police are appealing for information about the theft of a scooter near the town.

It was stolen overnight between 7pm on Sunday February 17 and 8.45am on Monday February 18 2013, from a garage on Tower View, Carlton.

The Peugeot Ludix is blue and has the registration number YX05GXA.

PC Julia Allen, of Selby Safer Neighbourhood Team, said: “If you have any information about this theft or have seen the scooter since it was stolen, I ask you to contact the police or Crimestoppers straight away.”

Anyone who can help the police with their enquiries is asked to contact Selby police on 101, press option 2 and ask for Julia Allen. Alternatively information can be emailed to julia.allen@northyorkshire.pnn.police.uk.
