Crown court date for Snaith man accused of murder

A SNAITH man who appeared in court on Wednesday (December 19), charged with the murder of Dale Partington, also from Snaith, has had his case sent to Hull Crown Court.

Leon Rushworth, 37, of Chestnut Close, appeared at Beverley Magistrates’ Court yesterday morning, accused of the murder of Mr Partington, 27.

He was remanded in custody to appear at Hull Crown Court tomorrow (December 21).
