Event returns
FAMILIES are being urged to get together for a unique stargazing event at a Dearne nature reserve.
Mexborough and Swinton Astronomical Society (MSAS) will be giving talks and presentations at the Old Moor wetlands site at Wombwell as part of the “Cormorants and Constellations the Sequel” event.
RSPB staff will also be giving guided walks around the site to give visitors the chance to watch birds come home to roost.
This is a follow up to a similar event which proved to be a huge success in January.
It will take place on Sunday, February 26, from 4.30pm onwards.
