There was busy times recently at Kingsway Primary School as a trio of celebrations took place.

The school hosted a production of Robin Hood courtesy of M&M productions.

The theatre group popped in to the school letting the children dress up to resemble their favourite characters before witnessing the production itself.

There was a Chinese celebration day which involved the pupils and staff as they marked Chinese New Year of the Snake.

Students tucked into traditional grub in what was a pleasant change from the humdrum of school dinners.

Also this month, the school welcomed two new teaching assistants in the shape of Cara Holliday and Catrina Gilbert.
