Police safety

IN preparation of the police and crime commissioner election on November 15, North Yorkshire Police Authority has organised four community safety roadshows aimed at informing the public about safety initiatives to ensure the county remains one of the safest in England.

On October 2 people from Selby can find out about initiatives in their area by attending a session at Priory Street Centre, York.

There will be an opportunity to ask questions and speak to agencies and partnerships about crime issues.
