SELBY Hands of Hope are preparing for the festive period with the launch of their Christmas raffle.

The Selby Times-backed charity are offering a flurry of tempting prizes as they round off another year of successful fund-raising.

Among the goodies up for grabs are a £50 voucher to spend in Sainsbury’s (one of the charity’s main partners) and a state-of-the-art 22” LCD TV, whilst the top prize is a shopping trolley full of goods to the value of £150 - certainly handy at this expensive time of the year!

The raffle, successful last year, comes at the end of what has been a busy year for our charity.

The raffle is now an annual part of the charity’s calendar and will culminate in the draw being held at Sainsbury’s in Selby later this month.

Details will shortly be revealed of a special event to finish off the year in style, with a sporting theme at the heart of the event.

Pictured above is last year’s raffle prize give-away in Sainsbury’s with SHOH chairwoman Wendy Singh doing the honours.

Raffle tickets are now on sale from our offices located at 74-76 Gowthorpe. and are priced £1.
