REMEMBERING the fallen were folk from across the borough on Sunday.

Remembrance Sunday was marked at various villages with special services and wreath laying.

See this week’s Selby Times for a picture special from a number of those events, including in Selby, Sherburn, South Milford and also at Read School in Drax where pupils and staff gathered to pay respects to those who have been killed or injured in service to their country, and especially to those who were former pupils of the school.
