Working on boat

STAFF and volunteers of The Waterways Museum in Goole are in the process of restoring a coble boat with the help of Alan Pease Boatbuilders, which is also based in Goole.

The coble is a traditional and distinctive fishing boat of the Eastern coast from Berwick to the Humber Estuary.

The Waterways Museum on Dutch Riverside is open Monday to Friday 9am-4pm, and Saturday and Sunday 10am-4pm.
