Charter to battle it out in semis
AFC Charter take on Thorne Colliery tonight in the semi-final of the Goole and Thorne Cup.
If successful they will be playing the final on Saturday against Sutton Rovers, at a venue to be arranged.
Players are to meet at Charter for 12.30pm prompt due to no news of kick off times and venue.
If unsuccessful in the semi then Charter will be playing Northfield Athletic at home in the league kick off 2pm all players meet at Western Road for 1pm.
Charter play Howden Ams away in the League on Tuesday May 13, kick off 6.30pm. All players to meet Charter for 5.30pm.
Saturday May 17 sees Charter entertain North Ferriby at home in the last game of the season.
This game could be the title decider if Charter are successful in their two league games before hand.
If Charter win their last three games then they beat Ferriby by a point and retain the league title. Further complications may arise as the Northfield game may yet have to be cancelled if Charter are playing in the Goole and Thorne final on Saturday.
