Fenners 111 all out
AFTER Saturday's first and second team games were washed out, the intermediate squad took on Fenners on Sunday.

The visitors batted first and finished 111 all out with a reply from Goole of 112 for 1, winning by nine wickets.

Main scorer for Fenners was Ryan Preen who was run out for 32.

Bowling for Goole captain James Kirk achieved 8 overs, 6 maidens, 4 for 5; others were Lewis Moore 5o, 1m, 1 for 24; Scott Thorpe 4o, 0m, 1 for 30, Ashton Nottingham 5o, 2m, 1 for 6; Aiden Coulbeck 2o, 2m, 2 for 4.

Scott Thorpe and Danny Cooper put 22 on for the first wicket before Cooper was caught by Kenning, bowled by Bennett for 3.

Thorpe was then joined by Jake Mahoney, who racked up 26 not out, and Thorpe finished at 41 not out for a good victory.

This Saturday the first team are at home to Pickering while the seconds have a vacant day, it is hoped the thirds will replay Heworth and then travel away to Hirst Courtney on Sunday.
